Benefits of this introductory course

  • 30 hours introduction course
For those who are not sure yet Ayurdaay Nilayam offers a 30 hrs introduction course. These 30 hrs are the first 30 hrs of the 300 hrs full program and cover the basic principles of Ayurveda. After the 30 hrs you are free to decide whether you continue with the full course or not. Read more about the 300 hours full training here.
  • Learn from the classical texts
Ayurveda becomes widespread and its popularity is growing, that is wonderful, but also implies different interpretations and misconceptions.
Therefore Ayurdaay Nilayam uses the classical texts of the ancient ‘Ashtanga Hridayam’ – ‘The heart of all eight branches of Ayurveda’ – as its main reference.
  • Small groups
With maximum of 12 participants this study ensures all space for attention, discussion, questions, flexibility and special requests.
