An Ayurvedic warm oil massage – called abhyanga – is a perfect way to treat a variety of issues. Varying from stress related to hormonal issues and from skin to digestive disorders. During this massage warm medicated oil – prepared with healing herbs – is used. Depending on your imbalance I choose an oil that helps to rebalance your system. During this massage I will work accross the energy channels points in the body. The long strokes will allow these channels to open, the oil to work deep into the system and the prana (life force) to flow free in the body, relieving pain and complaints.
